to conduct business and discuss your needs to maintain social distancing.

Due to State Mandated showing restrictions we are showing homes by appointment through Showing Time Virtual Tour (not one on one) and hosting Virtual Open Houses where you can attend online from the comfort and safety of your home, plus ask Q & A of us during the Virtual Open House.

Consider adding a "virtual walk through tour" and floor plan to your online listing for potential buyers to view your home. This is especially helpful in markets where open houses and showings are temporarily banned.

Lenders, Escrow/Title companies and services are still working remotely to care for your needs. They are considered essential because they help us provide shelter.

5.

All documents for listing, sale and more can be completed via "Docusign" electronic signature to maintain social distancing, via overnight express mail or if you are local we can drop them at your door.

Use an electronic "lockbox" for listing-showings so that you can leave the property, and buyers can view with their agent. You can still set appointment times if desired so you know when to leave the residence. (For communities permitting showings)

7.

Buyers/Agents travel in separate cars to property viewings in communities still permitting. Conference room meetings sit 6 feet apart. Preview listings via Skype or by email prior to departure to maintain social distancing.
